Hurt! Being a true chopper, mine had no kickstand to trip me up, but I've ridden bikes with ones that its mounting tab could spin you like a top if you leaned over in a corner too much. Spring loaded pegs should be on every bike and touch down first.

Oh yeah! One of the best party bands ever! Paul's bass solo on 'Another Man's Woman' was the best I've heard on vinyl and at another level when live.
